The line of the production of cellular polycarbonate is fully computer-aided. Process is controlled by one operator from a central panel, equipped with a PC and licensed management program. Service support and supervision of work units and mechanisms are done by specialists from «OMIPA» via modem connection in the on-line mode.

Optimal work of the line is 24 hours.

Line of profile

Polycarbone profile is produced on the equipment of «IDE» (Germany), using advanced technologies.

The product range offers to implement polycarbone profile for mounting sheets of cellular polycarbonate corresponding to the best international producers, made from high quality raw material «Makrolon», by «Bayer» with addition of UV additives for protection of the profile against ultraviolet radiation.
